DescriptionM-F 8AM 6 PM ETVideo InterviewsSenior ServiceNow Application DeveloperWe are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Application Developer who is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting custom applications and platform enhancements on the ServiceNow platform. This role serves as a senior technical contributor, working closely with architects, platform owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high quality ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.Job Duties / ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications using scoped applications and platform featuresConfigure and customize ServiceNow modules using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow DesignerDevelop server side and client side logic using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIsCollaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsEnsure solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices for performance, security, and maintainabilityPerform unit testing, support integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve defectsSupport platform upgrades, patching, and regression testing activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve complex application and platform issuesCreate and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and configuration detailsMentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and technical design discussionsQualifications / Requirements5+ years experience developing applications on the ServiceNow platformProficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, APIs)2+ years experience developing scoped applications and using ServiceNow StudioSolid understanding of ServiceNow data model, security model, and access controlsExperience working with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HR, or custom applicationsAbility to analyze business requirements and design effective technical solutionsStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non technical stakeholdersWe ValueServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, Integration related CIS)Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, or REST/SOAP integrationsExperience working in Agile or DevOps delivery environmentsAbility to anticipate customer needsInitiative-taking and problem-solving abilitiesResults-oriented and data-driven decision makingAdaptability to evolving organizational needs and processesCommitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirementsPassion for optimizing, automating, and transforming processes and driving continuous improvementAbility to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyCustomer, end user, and stakeholder empathyServant mindset
