Laboratory Design Specialist (Remote)

Seeking an experienced CAD/Revit professional to support the design and visualization of laboratory environments and technical layouts for complex projects. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting cross-functional engineering and architectural teams.Details:Fully Remote1st Shift | 40 hours/weekContract: 1 YearMinimal travel (Key Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field required4+ years of recent experience with Revit and CAD-related softwareExperience creating 2D/3D construction plans, layouts, and renderingsStrong understanding of architectural drawings, drafting standards, and CAD file managementExperience with lab design, BIM, Point Cloud, or Matterport technology is highly preferredAdditional software experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine, or similar visualization tools is a plusResponsibilities:Develop detailed laboratory layouts, phasing plans, and construction drawingsConvert Point Cloud/BIM scans into usable design formatsCreate advanced 3D visualizations and renderings for technical environmentsCollaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to support project implementationSupport multiple projects in a fast-paced design environment
