SummaryThe Card Services Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all credit card functions within the department.Specific Job FunctionsMaintains a strong understanding of credit card policies and procedures, as well as documentation required by the government regulations.Reviews and distributes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports both internally and externally.Maintains plastics inventory.Develops strategies to implement contactless cards.Maintains card mailers, inserts, and disclosures.Maintains PIN mailers.Develops and maintains statement messages.Maintains customer letters and regulatory and marketing collateral, working with the appropriate internal departments for approvals.Manages customer issues, both internally and externally.Develops and maintains departmental procedures. Develops and maintains collection processes and procedures.Performs monthly reviews for reconcilements functions.Serves as the main point of contact for Customer Service Call Center Agents servicing credit card customers.Oversees application processes and approvals.Oversees user access to processing platforms.Oversees data analytics and reporting.Develops and oversees fraud and chargeback monitoring procedures, ensuring optimal performance and effective risk mitigation.Responsible for ensuring all third-party reports and invoices are prepared and submitted on time.Reviews current policies and procedures and implements revisions, as needed.Performs supervisory reviews for departmental reconcilement functions.Performs regular reviews of calls between our customers and third-party customer service agents.Works with third-party vendors, as needed for product support, implementations, troubleshooting issues, marketing campaigns, etc.Helps develop, implement, and track acquisition campaigns to grow business.Works with internal departments to support and implement efficiencies.Assists in identifying departmental inefficiencies and growth opportunities. Minimum Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar fields is required.A minimum of (7) seven years of credit card applications experience is required.A minimum of (1) year of a functional leadership role. Previous banking experience is preferred. Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with co-workers and clients.
