Contract DetailsThis is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Web Designer will be expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, at our office location.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and experienced Web Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and web development techniques. They will also have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and objectivesDesign and develop website layouts, graphics, and user interfacesCreate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present to clients for feedback and approvalOptimize website designs for maximum usability and visual appealEnsure all website designs are responsive and compatible with different devices and browsersStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and user experienceWork closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implementedConduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve website designsManage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in web design, graphic design, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in web design or a similar roleProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and IllustratorStrong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience with responsive design and mobile optimizationKnowledge of SEO and accessibility best practicesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyA portfolio showcasing previous web design projects is requiredJ-18808-Ljbffr
