OverviewActively participate in the support of Esri's purchasing activities, including vendor and supplier relationship maintenance and managing purchase orders. You will execute daily tasks and projects with support from buyers and other colleagues.ResponsibilitiesProcure indirect materials, supplies, services, and equipment, as requiredResolve supplier issues/concernsResolve A/P invoice issues related to purchasesAccurately and promptly reconcile assigned credit card accountsProcess purchase orders timely and efficientlyMaintain positive, effective relationships with suppliers and internal customersEffectively prioritize workload to achieve optimum efficienciesPerform various purchasing tasks, as neededRequirements4+ years of work experience in a business environment, such as commercial, operations, consumer products1+ years of work experience in PurchasingProfessional self-starter capable of working with limited supervisionDetail-oriented team playerSuperior customer service skills, excellent organizational skills, and strong verbal and written communication skillsGood math and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated project management skills and the ability to multi-taskAble to interface with employees at all levels of the organizationProficient skill level in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of productsVisa Sponsorship is not available for this posting.
