The Automotive Technician will perform accurate diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repair services on a variety of vehicles, following industry and company standards. Daily work includes inspecting vehicles, performing oil changes, brake and suspension work, and addressing general maintenance and repair needs while clearly documenting findings and services performed. The role involves collaborating with service advisors and other team members to provide clear, honest communication about vehicle conditions and recommended repairs. The technician will also maintain a clean, safe work area, use appropriate tools and equipment, and follow all safety procedures and company policies to ensure a positive experience for every guest.QualificationsProficiency in core vehicle maintenance tasks, including Vehicle Maintenance and Oil Changes.Strong skills in Automotive Repair and Maintenance & Repair, with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.Experience with Suspension inspection, service, and repair.Relevant automotive certifications (e.g., ASE) or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, technical bulletins, and diagnostic reports.Commitment to safety practices, quality workmanship, and honest communication with team members and guests.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Willingness to work on-site full time in Odessa, TX, and to participate in ongoing training and development.
