What You'll Do
Champion a safety-first culture and guide multidisciplinary teams on complex, high-profile projects.
Shape project strategies, budgets, and deliverables—ensuring top-tier quality and client satisfaction.
Empower talented professionals and foster a culture of learning and development.
Build lasting partnerships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders, and participate in business development efforts.
Tackle technical challenges in landfill monitoring and permitting with creativity and expertise.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Geology or Environmental Science (advanced degrees a plus).
15+ years of experience in waste management, stormwater management and spill pollution prevention projects.
Licensed Professional Geologist (PG) preferred.
Proven success managing large-scale projects, site monitoring, and environmental permitting.
Deep expertise in landfill and waste management consulting and permitting.
Strong knowledge of RCRA, Subtitle C & D regulations.
Preferred Location: Primarily remote or any Ohio office; preferred in-office two days per month (Northfield or Toledo).
Salary Range : Minimum salary is $110,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications). Final offer depends on location, skills, and certifications.
