Perform building tasks in one or more fields; carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Perform general cleaning and other tasks as assigned.Job Duties:Perform preventative maintenance as required.Complete assigned daily work orders to include tasks such as plumbing, electrical, sheetrock repair, etc.Perform daily/weekly inspection toursPerform other assigned duties as needed.Required Skills:Excellent customer service skills requiredExcellent oral/written skills required1-3 years of prior maintenance experience, requiredJob requirements:Be able to lift 50 pounds.Be able to stand/walk for entire shift.Must be able to climb/stand on ladders and stairs.Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach.Must keep a neat, safe workspace.
