At Precision Monitoring, we encourage innovative ideas, value teamwork, and foster a supportive, rewarding workplace.We offer competitive compensation, full medical coverage, and opportunities for career advancement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and drive new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships.Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential customers across your territory.Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to physicians, administrators, and healthcare professionals.Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue targets (calls, appointments, and conversions).Leverage a consultative sales approach to recommend tailored cardiac monitoring solutions.Partner with marketing and leadership teams to expand brand awareness and market presence.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.Proven success in outside B2B sales (healthcare or medical device sales experience strongly preferred).Familiarity with your local healthcare market/territory.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage high-level executives, physicians, and administrators.Ability to travel locally up to 80% of the time.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 (commensurate with experience)Commission: Uncapped earning potential with allowances and bonus opportunitiesBenefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k)Our CommitmentAt Precision Monitoring, we are dedicated to supporting both our patients and our staff with integrity, compassion, and excellence.
