Verifies merchandise and organizes its distribution.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesUnpack, verify condition of material, count & receive incoming materialsMaintains control of materials that technicians require to repair unitsMaintains efficient and accurate stockroom and paperwork operationsAttends mechanics with chemicals or parts from the stockroom dispatchEnsure product is kept neat and in an orderly fashion Assist and perform with daily picking, packing and shipments of products.Assist the Shipping & Receiving department as neededAssist other team members in the stockroom when absent by providing help in the HospitalAttends mechanics with chemicals or parts from the stockroom dispatchCheck reports for inventory pull-parts on a daily basisPulling Parts -- Use job tickets to pull the parts from inventory to distribute to the technicians. This would also include returning parts into inventory from technicians if the parts were not ended up needed.Return parts (canab) back to stockCheck cycle count daily addressed by AccountingOther duties may be assignedOther Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesShould have basic computer software and keyboarding skillsPrior work experience in stockroom helpful but not requiredStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skillsQuick thinking, multi-tasking skills, and a creative approach to problem solvingPositive attitude, self-motivator, organizational skills and good customer service skillsQuantum Controls system a plus.
