Role Description The Buyer role at Newton Nurseries is a full-time, on-site position based in Spring, TX. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing and procuring quality landscaping products, including trees, shrubs, flowers, and related items, to meet the needs of our professional clients. Key tasks include supplier negotiations, inventory management, monitoring market trends, and maintaining relationships with vendors. The Buyer will also work closely with the sales team to ensure product availability and align purchases with customer demand. Qualifications Experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operationsStrong negotiation and vendor relationship management skillsKnowledge of plants, landscaping materials, or horticulture is preferredProficiency in data analysis and forecasting for informed purchasing decisionsAttention to detail and excellent organizational skillsStrong communication skills for collaboration with suppliers and internal teamsProficiency in using inventory management or procurement softwareBachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture, or a related field is a plusAbility to work on-site full-time in Spring, TX
