Hse/ Safety Manager

Job Description West Texas Premix pits is currently seeking an experienced HSE coordinator/ manager to join our team.ResponsibilitiesPromote a safe workspace culture amongst the companyHold regular safety meetings in large groups or smaller tailgate meetingsMonitor a drug screening programHandle case management for incidentsConduct Investigations, root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsRoutine inspections of employees and equipment in the fieldWork with management to achieve safety goalsCommunicate safety needs of customersManage our standings in customer portals (ISnet, Pec, etc.)Create handbooksCertify employees in customer required classes (H2S, Safeland, basin)Requirements3 year experience in the safety fieldElectrical knowledge (preferred but not necessary)Communication Skills: Ability to communicate needs from employees and management on customer and company needs.Computer Skills: Basic knowledge such as word, excel, etc. (Experience with a digital safety software is a plus)Valid Driver LicenseBilingual (preferred)Company DescriptionSince 2012 West Texas Premix Pits has been a leading oilfield service company while providing exceptional customer service.We are known for providing fast service to our customers at affordable prices.Company DescriptionSince 2012 West Texas Premix Pits has been a leading oilfield service company while providing exceptional customer service.\r\nWe are known for providing fast service to our customers at affordable prices.
