Clinics are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Easter, with early closing on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and 4th of July.Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(K) Match – Up to 4%Employees and direct family members enjoy a flat-rate fee for clinic visits and services.Employee referral bonus programAI transcription for chartingWhat You Will Do:Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and injuriesPerform procedures such as suturing, splinting, wound care, and moreOrder and interpret diagnostic tests, including X-rays and lab workProvide patient education and follow-up care instructionsMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR systemWhy You’ll Love This Role:Fast-paced, team-oriented urgent care settingOpportunity to practice with autonomy while having strong clinical supportModern facilities equipped with on-site labs and imagingWork-life balance with flexible schedulingWhat You’ll Bring:Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of FloridaCertification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferredConfidence performing common urgent care procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting)Key Skills & RequirementsStrong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skillsExcellent bedside manner and communication abilitiesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to delivering patient-first care2+ years’ experience in providing patient care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is preferredMaster’s degree (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) and appropriate state license requiredABMS Board certification in internal medicine or family practice preferredKnowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood borne pathogens and othersUnderstanding of medical coding and billingDetail-oriented and confident in medical best practicesExcellent interpersonal skills with every patient interactionCompetent with common PC applications including Internet, Email and Microsoft Office as well as EMR applicationsExperience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, employment physicals, and OSHA guidelinesPreferred2+ years’ experience in providing patient care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is preferredMaster’s degree (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) and appropriate state license requiredABMS Board certification in internal medicine or family practice preferredPrior urgent care or emergency department experienceExperience with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsDOT certification (or willingness to obtain)Peachtree Immediate Care is part of the CRH Healthcare system.
