These are highly cross functional roles where you'll work across product, infrastructure, and AI driven systems to solve complex, real world problems.What You'll Work OnBuilding agentic systems that automate complex, multi step workflows end to endDesigning scalable backend systems, APIs, and event driven architecturesDeveloping AI powered features using LLMs in production environmentsImproving system performance, reliability, and data models as the product scalesBuilding clean, intuitive user facing and internal toolsDesigning integrations with external platforms and servicesEvolving system architecture to support rapid growth and increasing complexityWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience building and shipping production systemsStrong backend fundamentals, Python preferred for backend focused engineersFull stack experience across modern web frameworks is a plus and flexible on stackExperience with distributed systems, async processing, or event driven architecturesInterest or experience in building AI native or LLM powered productsStrong product instincts and attention to detailHigh ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast moving environmentsInterested in hearing more?
