Position Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging SAT Program Instructor to lead a 5‑week online SAT preparation program. This role is ideal for an experienced educator or test‑prep professional who is passionate about helping students improve their SAT performance through structured instruction, practice testing, and individualized feedback. The instructor will deliver live online classes and provide timely, actionable performance insights to support student growth. Key Responsibilities Teach two live online SAT prep classes per week (Tuesday and Thursday evenings) over a 5‑week period. Administer one proctored SAT practice test on the last Saturday morning of the course. Review auto‑graded practice test results and deliver individualized student performance analyses at the end of the course. Prepare and deliver lessons, activities, and instructional materials aligned with the provided SAT curriculum. Monitor student progress and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs. Foster a positive, engaging, and motivating online learning environment. Participate in onboarding and training prior to program launch to review curriculum and develop a cohesive instructional plan. Schedule Program Start: January 29th through February 26th Hiring Date: January 12th‑15th Class Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 to 8:00 MST or 4:30 to 6:30 MST (for TX, LA, and DC students) Saturdays: Practice tests, proctored test on Saturday Feb. 21st at 9:00 MST and 7:00 MST for TX, LA, and DC. Qualifications Demonstrated strong SAT performance or prior experience teaching SAT preparation courses. Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or education strongly preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills. Ability to deliver clear, constructive, and actionable student feedback. Comfort with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools. Compensation One‑time stipend of $2,000, paid upon successful completion of the 5‑week program. #J-18808-Ljbffr
