Winter Bartender/Server

*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. *Responsibilities* - Prepare and serve beverages following company recipes and standards - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment - Handle cash transactions accurately - Upsell drinks and promote specials - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service - Assist in opening and closing duties as needed *Requirements* - Experience in bartending, preferably in a fine dining or similar setting - Knowledge of food safety practices - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and promote menu items - Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Excellent customer service skills - Basic understanding of catering, retail math, and POS operations Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Shift: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Experience: Bartending: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: Bethel, ME 04217 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Bethel, ME 04217: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
