Address the human side of organizational shifts, focusing on reducing employee resistance and increasing the speed of sustained adoption of new behaviors. Deliver strategic consulting through best-in-class change management practices. Enable Marketing-wide change capability through involvement in multiple projects. Drive the design, development, delivery, and management of change communications and training. Cultivate trusted advisor relationships to influence change efforts and drive business outcomes.What You'll Need Mid-level experience in change management. Educational background in Industrial Org Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Change, MBA, or equivalent experience. Proven ability to build change management strategies. Experience identifying KPIs and success measures for sustainable change. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
