This senior role is pivotal in ensuring that the brand's aesthetic is in line with its identity, seasonal direction, and commercial objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the styling of campaigns, e-commerce, social, PR, and retail assets, maintaining a high level of cohesion, quality, and innovation. Key responsibilities include defining the brand's styling aesthetic, leading styling for various shoots, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver aligned visual content. The Head of Styling will also be tasked with team leadership, including managing in-house stylists and freelancers, and staying abreast of fashion, cultural, and styling trends to bring fresh perspectives to the brand.Applicants for the Head of Styling position at the company should have 7-10 years' of experience in styling within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands, with a proven track record of leading styling for campaigns and e-commerce. A deep understanding of fit, fabrication, proportion, and fashion trends is essential, as is the ability to balance creativity with commercial needs. The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to manage teams and complex shoot environments.
