As part of Carrier Global Corporation, Sensitech is committed to innovation, sustainability, and global impact.About This RoleThe Project Analyst is responsible for coordinating all aspects of projects designed to help companies involved in the manufacture or distribution of temperature sensitive Life Science products to monitor and continuously improve their temperature sensitive supply chains. The Project Analyst supports the planning and execution of his/her own projects and assist Project Managers. This involves project management, data analysis and process improvement activities, maintaining databases for customer projects, along with technical writing of report, protocol and proposal documents. The Project Analyst works with a cross functional team that includes clerical employees, data analysts, program/project managers, industrial engineers, scientists, and field technicians. There will be frequent contact with customers. This typically involves interaction with Quality Assurance or operations employees in Life Science companies by phone or email. The Project Analyst assists with the management of multiple projects and meeting aggressive schedules, along with hands-on “labor-adjacent” tasks as assigned.This is onsite in Beverly MA with up to 50% travel (few days at a time) in North America.We value our people and offer an extensive benefits package, with financial rewards including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and also lifestyle support with flexible working and parental leave. Plus, we’ll support your growth with paid-for external training programs and courses.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Development and Management:Lead the development and implementation of internal projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Actively collaborate with business partners and vendors, coordinating their contributions to the projects, and ensuring their deliverables meet the agreed scope and quality.Manage project timelines and deliverables, holding business partners and vendors accountable for their responsibilities, and maintaining project momentum.Drive projects to completion, managing all stages of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.Requirement Gathering And DocumentationConduct thorough requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand project needs and objectives.Perform due diligence for each project, evaluating risks, benefits, and potential impacts on current systems and processes.Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including scope, budget, requirements, and project plans, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.Testing And Quality AssuranceDevelop and maintain testing steps and process scripts, ensuring they align with project requirements and objectives.Execute test plans meticulously, identifying, documenting, and resolving any issues.Actively engage with business users in the testing process, gathering feedback and ensuring user requirements are met.Project Rollout And ImplementationCollaborate in the final roll-out of projects and initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.Work closely with the technical writer and trainer to document process workflows and develop comprehensive training materials for end-users.Facilitate training sessions and workshops for business users, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize new systems and processes effectively. Basic QualificationsAssociate Degree2+ years of experience supporting or managing projects.Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment over 8 feet above grade and capable of lifting items up to 35lbs.Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s DegreeLife Science industry experienceKnowledge of temperature-controlled logistics or quality regulationsAnalytical and problem-solving skills.Documentation skills and attention to detail.Proficient in project management software and tools.Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.Experience in developing test scripts and conducting quality assurance testing.Additional InformationMust have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA. No visa sponsoring available.Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.Other CompensationThis position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
