Job SummaryCopier Help Desk SpecialistMorris Business SolutionsFull-timeIn-Office | Duncan, SC, United StatesThe OpportunityWe’re looking for a reliable and technically inclined Copier Help Desk Specialist to support our customers and internal teams with copier, printer, and multifunction device issues. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems quickly, and delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level technical support for copiers, printers, and multifunction devices via phone, email, or ticketing systemDiagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issuesGuide users through step-by-step troubleshooting and basic maintenanceEscalate complex issues to field technicians or senior support staff when necessaryTrack, document, and update support tickets accuratelyAssist with device setup, driver installation, and network configurationMaintain knowledge of supported copier models, firmware updates, and best practicesDeliver clear, professional communication to both technical and non-technical usersConsistent reporting to leadershipExperience/QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or technical certification preferred)2+ year of help desk, IT support, or copier/printer support experience (preferred)Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addresses, drivers, print queues)Experience with eAutomate and FMAuditExperience with Xerox and Kyocera (preferred)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong team communication competenciesAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyCustomer-focused mindset with a professional demeanorPreferred SkillsExperience with multifunction printers/copiers (e.g., setup, maintenance, troubleshooting)Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools (eAutomate, FMAudit, XPPS)Basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environmentsExperience in managed print services (MPS) environmentsBenefitsHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401K MatchingLife InsurancePaid Time OffHoliday PayAnnual Review / RaisesCompany vehicle providedOpportunity to earn a spot on our annual Presidents Club Trip.
