Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Loan Officer role based in VA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients in identifying suitable loan products, guiding them through the loan application and approval process, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Daily tasks include evaluating financial information, managing loan applications, overseeing underwriting processes, and delivering excellent customer service. Building relationships with clients and maintaining clear communication throughout the loan process are key aspects of this role. Qualifications Proven experience as a Loan Officer and expertise in Loan OriginationStrong background in Finance and UnderwritingExcellent Customer Service skills with a commitment to client satisfactionOutstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skillsFamiliarity with relevant regulations and guidelines in the mortgage industryProficiency in financial software and tools related to loan processingBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferredState loan officer license is required
