You’ll work closely with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and trade partners to develop and manage construction models, facilitate trade coordination, and help resolve issues before they impact the field.This role plays an important part in bridging design intent and field execution by using model-based workflows to support coordination, sequencing, and constructability across projects.What You’ll DoDevelop and manage construction models to support coordination, constructability review, and project planningLead and facilitate trade coordination meetings using model-based workflowsPerform clash detection and track resolution of coordination issues across disciplinesWork with project teams to ensure models reflect construction sequencing and field conditionsSupport preconstruction planning, scope clarification, and operations strategy through modeling toolsAssist with 4D visual scheduling and model-based planning when applicableProvide VDC support to project teams throughout the project lifecycleMaintain and organize project coordination models and documentationContinuously improve VDC processes and workflows through ongoing learning and collaborationWhy You’ll Be SuccessfulYou’re a strong problem solver who enjoys working with both technology and construction teams. You communicate clearly, think spatially, and take pride in helping project teams identify and resolve coordination challenges before they impact the field.What You BringDegree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience using Autodesk software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or Civil 3DUnderstanding of construction systems and coordination between structural, architectural, and MEPF tradesStrong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary project teamsAbility to manage multiple projects and coordination workflows simultaneouslyInterest in advancing VDC tools, workflows, and construction technologyNote: Absher is a Federal Contractor.
