Warehouse Associate/Material HandlerLocation: Houston, TXWarehouse Associate/Material Handler responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing, and checking for accuracy of orders.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)Complete daily transfers to our multiple locations.Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for auditsKeep a clean and safe working environmentReport any discrepanciesCommunicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkersFollow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulationsSkillsProven working experience as a warehouse workerProficiency in inventory software, databases, and systemsFamiliarity with modern warehousing practices and methodsGood organizational and time management skillsPrevious experience working a forkliftRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent1-2 years prior experience in a warehouse settingMust be able to lift up to 50 lbsCompetitive pay based on experience.
