As one of the first points of contact for our guests, this role plays a key part in shaping memorable experiences - from the moment guests inquire or arrive, through check-in, activities, and events. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays calm in a fast-moving environment, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, polished service in a guest-focused setting. Why You'll Love Working HereBe part of a premier, lifestyle-driven waterfront destinationGain hands-on experience in guest services, events, and operationsWork in a highly visible, guest-facing role where your impact mattersSupport a variety of locations and experiences across the propertyJoin a collaborative team that values professionalism, adaptability, and care What You'll Do Guest Services & Engagement Serve as a front-line representative by greeting guests and assisting with memberships, passes, and reservationsAct as an in-person check-in representative for activities, ensuring all required documentation is completed accuratelyProvide clear, friendly information about activities, pricing, hours, amenities, and eventsSupport Stoke Monitor shifts by welcoming guests, providing directions, monitoring assigned areas, and creating a positive onsite presence Inquiries & Communication Answer phone calls and respond to in-person guest inquiries related to bookings, services, and general informationAssist guests with navigating availability, policies, and options, offering guidance and recommendations when appropriateSupport call center operations by completing bookings and managing guest profiles Operational & Event Support Process transactions and payments accurately using the POS systemMaintain accurate guest records, including waivers, contact details, and booking informationProvide onsite support for events, including guest assistance, setup, and breakdown as neededCollaborate with supervisors and team members to address concerns and escalate issues appropriately Cleanliness, Organization & Teamwork Ensure workstations, kiosks, POS areas, and tablets are clean, organized, charged, and fully operationalWork collaboratively with other departments to support smooth daily operationsShare guest feedback and operational observations with supervisors and the Guest Experience Manager What We're Looking ForStrong customer service mindset with patience, professionalism, and enthusiasmClear verbal communication and active listening skillsAbility to problem-solve calmly and efficiently in guest-facing situationsWillingness to collaborate across teams and adapt to changing needsOrganized, dependable, and attentive to detailInterest in water-based or outdoor activities is a plus, but not requiredNo prior experience required - training will be providedCustomer service experience is helpful but not necessaryIdeal for individuals seeking their first job or building early career skills Working Conditions & Physical RequirementsFluency in oral and written EnglishOpen availability required, including at least one weekday, one weekend day, holidays, and special eventsCombination of desk-based and active work, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, and kneelingLight physical work, with the ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently Ready to Join the Team?
