As a Sales Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be fostering strong client relationships and identifying their unique business requirements. Working closely with our Technical Recruiters, you will play a pivotal role in aligning the ideal candidate with each job opportunity.What You’ll Do:Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, prospecting, etc.Use your interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and close new business opportunitiesEffectively nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clientsManage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media.Resourcefully and proactively identify and execute client growth opportunities within accountsDetermine and understand the business needs of the client, and their ideal candidate profileStrive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targetsEffectively negotiate pay ratesPartner closely and work collaboratively with recruiters to fill open positionsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience0–3+ years of sales, recruiting, or customer-facing experience preferredStrong communication skills and phone presenceCompetitive, goal-oriented mindsetCoachable, resilient, and results-drivenAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
