Growing together.     Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM Location: Onsite - 202 N Park Ave, Apopka, FL 32703 Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for all components of the patient's experience ranging from patient in-take, office visit, patient close-out, and appointment schedulingApplies knowledge/skills to basic, repeated activitiesDemonstrates minimum depth of knowledge and skill in own functionResponds to standard requestsRequires assistance in responding to non-standard requestsSolve routine problems by following established proceduresPrioritize and set deadlines for employeesWorks with other as a part of a teamOther responsibilities as assignedYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED (or higher)1+ years of experience working in a medical office reception or patient facing administrative roles1+ years of experience with EMRIntermediate level of proficiency in PC software computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and other departmental specific programs/applicationsPreferred Qualifications:Bilingual Spanish English Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment.
