Data AnalystLocation: Norfolk, VA Clearance Required: Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000 (based on experience) Employment Type: Full-time, Hourly ExemptThe Data Analyst will consult with executives and other business leaders to identify improvement opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate reports for internal teams, external clients and/or stakeholdersCollaborate with team members to collect and analyze dataVisualize data with graphs, infographics and other methodsEstablish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisionsStructure large data sets to find usable informationProcess information with a team of analysts and other associatesCraft presentations and reports based on recommendations and findingsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree any disciplineSecret Security ClearanceMust have 10 years Surface Navy experience including shipboard training and operationsExperience with Surface Ship training metricsExperience with Naval Information SystemsExperience of Microsoft Office Suite of Program toolsAdvanced use with Microsoft Excel to develop data productsExperience performing technical data and system analysisExperience looking at data and identify patterns, problems, or analysis opportunitiesKnowledge of Surface ship training and certification processC2 Essentials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
