Focused on delivering Exceptional Service Every Time, we are seeking to hire a full-time Account Coordinator to join our Operations Team with a focus on order and customer process support.Account CoordinatorSupport Account Manager and Clients by establishing and maintaining communications with clients receiving requests and determining how to best address and facilitating between clients and operations team.Illustrative Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with clients and respond to specific needs as necessaryMake adjustments to customer orders as directed by client, account manager or operations team within PBD guidelinesAudit accuracy of all services including invoicing, returns processing and shippingOther duties as assignedQualification RequirementsAbility to communicate effectively and professionally, strong verbal and written communication skills - both in person and electronically.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsMaintains composure in high stress environments and situationsExcellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft applicationsAdapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected eventsSelf-Motivated - ability to take the lead on problem solving, planning tasks and proactively managing project responsibilities.Education Minimum HS Diploma or EquivalentExperience Minimum 1 yearSkills Excel, communication, warehouse management systemsKnowledge Microsoft office, Deposco is a plus
