Role Description We are seeking a dependable, skilled construction professional to join our team as a traveling multi-trade technician. This role involves working on a variety of retail construction and maintenance projects, including light electrical work, fixture installations, and VCT flooring installation. Projects are often completed in client-occupied retail environments, so professionalism and the ability to work efficiently with minimal disruption are essential. The ideal candidate is comfortable traveling to different job sites, adapting to changing project needs, and working both independently and alongside a team. This position requires strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of construction practices, and the ability to safely perform light electrical tasks. You will represent our company on-site, so reliability, communication, and a clean, professional presence are key to success in this role. Qualifications Proficiency in operating construction tools and equipment, including saws, drills, and measuring devices Willing and able to travel regularly for out-of-town projects Prior construction experience required (multi-trade experience a plus) Basic knowledge of electrical work (e.g., wiring, outlets, fixtures) Comfortable working in occupied retail environments with minimal disruption to clients and customers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical job site tasks Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and store personnel J-18808-Ljbffr
