Pay Rate Low: 20 | Pay Rate High: 22Our client is seeking a driven and customer-focused professional to join their team as a Customer Account Partner (CAP). In this high-impact role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, acting as both an advocate for their needs and a champion of the company’s products and services. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of customer success, build strong long-term relationships, and influence business outcomes while gaining valuable experience and growing within a dynamic, fast-paced distribution environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experienceBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationshipsOversee and support order management activities, ensuring timely and accurate executionAct as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs while aligning with company goalsMake informed decisions that balance customer satisfaction with financial and operational objectivesEnsure all activities align with company standards for safety, compliance, and ethical conductQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma requiredMinimum of 3 years of customer service experience managing a dedicated customer portfolioAt least 3 years of B2B service management experience with a proven track record of relationship buildingStrong communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plusBackground in distribution and/or the chemical industry is highly desirableINDBH
