This role involves planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of the business from marketing and lead management to user experience development. You will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategies that further our business objectives, and you will work to build a strong, cohesive team that can execute those strategies effectively.What you'll doDirect all operational aspects of the EV charger installation line of businessDevelop and oversee marketing and lead generation strategies, including lifecycle and content marketingManage inbound sales activities to maximize revenueWork closely with the product team to improve the user experience, including funnel improvementsSet goals and KPIs, monitor performance, and take corrective action as neededManage relationships with key clients, vendors, and partnersLead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding resultsWhat we're seekingBachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field3-8 years of experience in a GM role or similar leadership role, preferably in a tech-related fieldProficiency in leading sales and marketing efforts, including lead generationExceptional leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate teamsStrong understanding of the consumer tech market and customer behaviorsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisionsExceptional communication and negotiation skillsAdditional InformationThis is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic line of business within HelloTech.
