As a Stock Room Associate, you will be essential in keeping our stock room organized, making sure products are accessible, and supporting our goal of providing outstanding customer service. Your contributions will be vital to our store's success! Key Responsibilities:Assist the store team in achieving sales and operational metrics. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in interactions with coworkers and customers. Ensure the store meets SNIPES standards for cleanliness and operation. Effectively follow management instructions within specified timelines. Regularly communicate stock availability and report any damages to management. Consistently uphold store procedures and policies. Keep the stockroom well-organized and adequately stocked. Ensure products are displayed correctly and with appropriate signage. Organize hangers and maintain merchandise presentation standards. Monitor stock levels regularly to ensure product availability. Manage the flow of merchandise and inventory effectively. Key Partners:Store Management Human Resources District Manager Asset Protection Qualifications:Must be at least 16 years old. Previous retail or stock experience is an advantage. Exceptional attention to detail is essential. Able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Present a neat appearance and practice good personal grooming.
