Director of Programs

Role Overview The Director of Programs is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Executive Director and Founder of Ultimate Impact. As a key decision maker, this role will oversee team management, internal operations, and program strategy and delivery. Success in the role will be measured in team efficiency, youth program delivery, overall programs sustainability, and continued improvement on growth efficiency. The ideal candidate is a systems-oriented manager with a drive to grow community impact. A critical organizational goal at our stage is to grow our impact sustainably with the right operational strategies. This role will have a direct impact on achieving this goal.
