Maintenance Technician at Talbott Tower

Position Title:Maintenance TechnicianReports To:Property Manager/Maintenance SupervisorPosition Summary:Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our current tenants, completing work orders in a timely manner, maintaining the upkeep of the building and servicing the chillers and boilers. This is a commercial building with a wide variety of tenants meaning professionalism and discretion is a must.Duties and Responsibilities:Minimum 2 years general maintenance experience.HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge preferred.Complete daily work orders in a timely manner.Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical labor.Inspecting grounds daily.Small renovations to suites as rented.Prerequisites:Submit to background check and drug screening.Must have valid driver's license.Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.Experience: At least 2 years general maintenance.Certifications: Preferred but not required.Wage Information: Provided at time of interview.Powered by JazzHR
