You'll be part of a calm, collaborative team that values consistency, respect, and meaningful work.Position OverviewSchedule: 9:30am–6:30pm Pay Range: $13–$15/hrYour ResponsibilitiesYou will help create a safe, structured, and enriching experience for school-age children, including:Maintaining a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroomCommunicating professionally with families, including completing daily reportsDeveloping and posting engaging lesson plansProviding active supervision, positive guidance, and consistent routinesCreating an upbeat, structured after-school environment that balances fun, enrichment, and learningEncouraging exploration, creativity, social-emotional development, and multicultural awarenessCross-training across classrooms (Infant through Pre-K)Must hold a valid driver's license. Bus driving is part of this role; however, the center provides structured, hands-on training and supervised practice before any independent driving occurs.
