About Natural WirelessNatural Wireless partners with leading institutional owners, developers, and property management firms to deploy building-wide managed Internet infrastructure that enhances resident experience, supports modern building operations, and increases asset value.Position OverviewNatural Wireless is seeking a New York City-based Business Development Manager to drive MDU expansion throughout NYC and the surrounding tri-state market.This role focuses on securing building-wide access agreements, targeting new construction and conversion projects, expanding relationships with owners and management companies, and positioning Natural Wireless as the premier provider of resilient property-wide Internet infrastructure.The ideal candidate has strong relationships within NYC multifamily real estate, understands institutional ownership structures, and is comfortable navigating complex sales cycles involving developers, ownership groups, property managers, engineers, and construction teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOwner & Developer AcquisitionIdentify and target multifamily owners, developers, and property management firmsSecure building-wide access agreements and bulk Internet partnershipsNegotiate long-term license agreementsDevelop relationships with institutional ownership groups and family officesNew Construction StrategyBuild relationships with developers, architects, MEP engineers, and construction managersPosition Natural Wireless early in the development and design processPresent Property-Wide Internet and WiFi as a premium amenity and leasing differentiatorCoordinate with deployment and engineering teams on project feasibilityRetrofit & Conversion OpportunitiesIdentify existing multifamily and mixed-use buildingsPresent ROI-driven solutions focused on resident retention, operational efficiencies, and property value enhancementStructure zero-capital solutions for ownership groupsStrategic Relationship BuildingDevelop relationships with NYC-based property management companies, brokers, consultants, and ownership groupsAttend industry networking events, real estate conferences, and apartment association functionsEstablish long-term partnerships across institutional portfoliosDeal Structuring & NegotiationStructure license agreements, and portfolio-wide opportunitiesCoordinate with legal, deployment, and engineering teams throughout negotiationsManage full sales cycle from prospecting through executionQualificationsRequired:5+ years experience in multifamily real estate, telecom infrastructure sales, proptech, or MDU agreementsStrong NYC-area real estate relationshipsExperience working with institutional ownership and management groupsProven ability to negotiate long-term agreementsSelf-motivated with strong networking and business development skillsPreferred:Experience selling building-wide Internet, managed WiFi, or smart building infrastructureFamiliarity with NYC development pipeline and multifamily marketExisting relationships with developers, property managers, or construction firms in the NYC marketCompensationCompetitive base salaryUncapped commission structureHigh six-figure earning potential for top performersStrong pipeline of future ground-up and conversion projects
