Known for our dedication to quality and performance, we are committed to powering businesses with efficiency and precision.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for an Electrical Service Technician located in Washington County, PA. The role involves performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, including DC battery back-up systems, UPS Systems, and other critical power equipment. The technician will provide field services, evaluate system performance, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure all power systems are operating efficiently and effectively.ResponsibilitiesComplete and turn in field reports that capture all time and work completed on siteProvide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance to customersInstalling stationary battery systems, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), telecom power systemsTrouble shoot battery chargers/UPS systems that come into the shop for repairField wiring of batteries, chargers and UPSField mechanical assemblyUse of multimeter and test equipment to measure and record voltage, resistance, current and specific gravityQualificationsUnderstanding of Electrical Theory & Circuit Analysis Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on communication and problem-solvingAbility to perform physical tasks and comply with safety standardsAssociate's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is requiredValid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to support client needsPrevious experience in industrial power or battery systems is a plus
