You’ll also contribute to usability testing for web, mobile, and desktop platforms to help improve our tools and services. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-focused, and a strong critical thinker. While a background in IT troubleshooting is a plus, a willingness to learn and a passion for helping others are essential.
