Backend Developer (Python, GCP)

Role : Back-end Developer (Python , GCP)Location : Charlotte, NC (Onsite)Hire Type (FTE/Contract): ContractCore Technical Skills· 8+ years of back-end development experience.· Advanced proficiency in Python (OOP, async, multithreading, libraries).· Strong experience with GCP services, specifically:Dataflow / Apache BeamCloud FunctionsCloud DLPCloud Composer (Airflow)Pub/SubGCS & Big Query· Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, and distributed systems.· Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.· Experience with CI/CD tools (Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).· Familiarity with Terraform or infrastructure automation (nice to have).· Proficiency with Docker and container-based deployment (nice to have).Soft Skills· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.· Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.· Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.· Ownership mindset and ability to lead technical components independently.
