Key Responsibilities:Grooming ServicesPerform grooming services including bathing, brushing, hair trimming, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and de-shedding.Follow breed-specific grooming standards or customer preferences.Ensure pets are handled with care and compassion throughout the grooming process.Customer Engagement Consult with pet parents to understand bathing needs and provide expert bathing services.Build lasting relationships with clients through consistent, high-quality service.Address and resolve customer concerns professionally.RequirementsQualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred.Prior bathing experience preferred.Passion for animals and strong customer service skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Comfortable working with all breeds and temperaments.
