Our mission is to build Brand Conviction in a world that too often stops at Brand Attention.Brand ManagerAs a Brand Manager, you will gather and organize data for competitive, industry, and market analysis. You will assist account leaders with finances and collaborate with internal agency teams such as Creative, Media, Project Management, and Strategy to ensure deadlines are met. You must have the ability to gain an exceptional understanding of the client’s business and objectives, as well as how to navigate internal teams and client relationships to drive results.Responsibilities: A commitment to learning, growing, and continuing to advance at the individual, brand team, and agency levelAbility to quickly develop a deep understanding of the client’s brand, target customers, industry/competition, business objectives, activation plans, and performance indicatorsExceptional project management skills as well as the ability to effectively manage internal and client triage under tight deadlines; support senior members of the Brand Management TeamContribute to discussions with internal team members, helping set clear expectations on timeline and deliverables, and clearly communicating them to multiple stakeholders.Collaborate with the Workflow Team to ensure client deliverables are understood by relevant internal teams and scheduled; partner with Workflow to ensure timely delivery.Work across the agency to develop accurate and informed scopes of work, including schedules and budgets; help manage budgets and accurate client billing.Anticipate and detect areas of conflict and opportunities to avoid financial, operational, and/or strategic issues. Address or escalate each issue quickly and smartly.Proactively identify opportunities to effectively achieve client business goals and propose actionable solutions to senior Brand Management team members.Prepare and contribute to client-ready presentation materials and memos that communicate the agency’s point of view in a thoughtful, fact-based, and relevant manner.Strong interest in developing a deep understanding of what motivates consumers and translating that into relevant actions for the brand – always asking why?Stays up-to-date on the economics and competitive dynamics behind the client’s industry, business model, and consumer motivationsQualifications:The right candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and two+ years of experience working for a leading brand, advertising, or social/digital agencyA willingness to roll up your sleeves and be a relentless collaborator, leader, and innovator – and a desire to never stop learning or growingUnmatched work ethic and motivation to deliver exceptional results; measure success by results, and willing to do what it takes to deliverExcellent analytical skills, commitment to client objectives, and proven ability to manage expectationsEffective time-management, impeccable organization, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changesAmazing communication and presentation skills – you’re articulate, straightforward, and engagingAn unrelenting passion for marketing and a drive to bring the best of it to life, every dayBUNTIN CULTUREBUNTIN is headquartered in a completely revitalized 1920s-era train maintenance shed in Nashville’s Railyard District.
