Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A school-based physical therapist opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year, supporting an elementary-only caseload. This full-time contract position is located in Fullerton, CA, offering a consistent 40-hour workweek with two potential schedule options to accommodate work-life balance.Key Responsibilities:Provide physical therapy services to elementary-aged students within the school setting.Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.Conduct evaluations and progress assessments, ensuring compliance with educational and healthcare standards.Document therapy sessions and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.Support students' functional mobility and participation in school activities.Qualifications:Valid Physical Therapy license with experience in pediatric or school-based settings.Strong understanding of school environments and working with elementary-aged children.Ability to design and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to students needs.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Commitment to contributing positively to students educational and physical development.Location:Fullerton, CaliforniaSchedule:40 hours per weekOptions for working hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMThis role offers an impactful way to apply physical therapy skills in an educational environment, fostering growth and development in young students.
