SAP Business Analyst

Title: SAP Business Analyst (USC with Active Security Clearance) Location: Pennsylvania (PA) or Washington, DC – HybridJob Summary The SAP Business Analyst acts as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical SAP teams. This role analyzes business requirements, documents processes, and helps implement or optimize SAP solutions that support finance, supply chain, and operational functions within government or enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP-related projects.Translate business needs into functional specifications for SAP technical teams.Work with SAP modules such as:SAP FI/CO (Finance & Controlling)SAP MM (Materials Management)SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)SAP HR/HCMAssist in business process mapping and optimization.Participate in SAP implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.Support testing activities, including:Unit TestingSystem Integration Testing (SIT)User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Coordinate with developers, functional consultants, and business users to resolve issues.Maintain documentation for business processes, system changes, and workflows.Provide training and support to end users.Required QualificationsU.S. Citizenship (USC) required.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.Hands‑on experience as a SAP Business Analyst.Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.Familiarity with SAP ERP modules and enterprise business processes.Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with SAP S/4HANA.Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.Experience working with federal government or government contractors.Experience with tools such as:JIRAConfluenceServiceNowSAP Solution ManagerInfowave Systems is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.#J-18808-Ljbffr
