*pay is commensurate with experience* Summary: The Systems Administrator is responsible for the implementation and management of network/server hardware and software. They will develop a proactive maintenance schedule and documentation. This position serves as level 2 support and mentor for the rest of the IT team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Microsoft, network infrastructure as well as Cyber Security. They must be able to complete installation of network cabling and other physical tasks as required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Install, configure and manage MS Server 2025. Maintain documentation of network, server and computer systems. Participate in daily service call resolution. On call support. An average of 15% travel is required. · Other duties, projects, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned. Required Education and Experience: 5+ years’ experience administering Microsoft Systems. Experience troubleshooting server, network, and computer software and hardware. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field; or equivalent technical experience. Experience with and good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Microsoft 365, MS Azure, SharePoint, and Firewall management. Experience with basic Linux management. Basic understanding of HTML. Preferred Qualifications: · SQL database management and troubleshooting. · Knowledge of AI systems. · Knowledge of Data Warehouse. · Experience with and understanding of: o Varonis. o Linux. o MS 365 Suite and OneDrive. o Cyber Security. o Veeam. o AWS S3 cloud storage. o Azure Cloud storage. o Azure App and Database services. o MS Intune. Key Competencies: Ability to troubleshoot server, network, and computer software and hardware. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to travel short notice. Willingness and ability to learn. Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours a week. Schedule: 8:15am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. Location: Fairview Park, OH. Work Status: Hybrid. Benefits: 401(k) matching.
