Pizza Cook

We are looking for a team oriented person join our kitchen crew. Our preferred candidate will have a positive attitude and the ability to work as a team in a fast-paced kitchen. We take pride in creating some of the best pizza around. With tip pooling, average starting pay is $19-$26/hour. We are open Wednesday through Sunday (possibility of Monday dough prep) Responsibilities: Set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies Prep food items (we make everything from scratch) Dough preparation Prepare pizzas in a brick oven Maintain cleanliness and safe food handling practices Clean and sanitize all prep and cooking surfaces at close Help with dish as needed Qualifications/Skills: Good communication skills Ability to maintain a clean work station during service Speed and accuracy in completing tasks Positive attitude/great personality and ability to work as a team Willingness to learn and follow instructions Experience Requirements: Food service experience required; pizza experience is preferred!
