Would you like the opportunity to join our team as a Materials Testing Manager at Geocon Professional Services? As a member on this team, you will have the opportunity to manage construction materials testing projects in northern and western Illinois as well as aiding geotechnical investigations. This position is based in our Rockford, Illinois office.Your New OpportunityWorking on construction materials testing proposals, reports and project management related to those aspectsHelping to manage geotechnical investigation field work (set up, layouts, client coordination)Project managing construction materials testing, addressing building materials such as soils, asphalt, and concreteCommunicating and coordinating with clients, contractors, IDOTManaging a group of construction testing field techsOverseeing the daily activity of the CMT lab and ensuring clients receive reports and dataVisiting job sites and meetings as required. Final compensation is dependent on multiple factors including years of experience, any applicable licensure and/or certifications, and internal pay structures.
