We run three lines over two shifts, one from about 5am-3pm, and one from about 3pm-1am.Duties And ResponsibilitiesTransport dough from one machine to anotherCheck weights of random products to verify qualityCheck production schedule and assist with setting up machine correctly for product runVerify correct drum and piston size are in use for product runApply processing aidsSet weight for product and verify consistencyCommunicate end of production run with packagingKeep area free of waste and debrisMonitor freezer temperature and notify if it is out of specificationNotify management of any issues with equipment or productFollow company Good Manufacturing PracticesEnsure food safety, quality, and food defenseQualificationsAbility to stand for most of ten-hour shiftAbility to lift up to ten pounds often, twenty pounds occasionallyAbility to bend and twist occasionally
