Above all, you are a team player with a positive attitude.RESPONSIBILITIES:Assume manager's role in supervising staff in absence of the Store ManagerSupport Store Manager in day-to-day operations of running store such as upholding excellent customer service, coaching and developing the sales teamDevelop and retain strong client relationships through customer engagement and clientelingCommunicate inventory needs to support business goalsTrack and log relevant KPI's - Conversion, AOV & UPTOrganize, plan, and execute in-store eventsMaintain a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store frontResolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely mannerEnsure all company policies and retail procedures are enforced at all timesEnsure presentation of all displays, fixtures and all visual areas are reflective of current visual directionREQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferredStrong aesthetic sensibilities and sense of style3+ years retail experienceExisting client base requiredStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsDecision-making and problem-solving skillsAttention to detailPAY RATE: $30/hr - $32/hr + Commission (based on experience and qualifications)
