They provide support with listings and maintain a positive relationship with each member of the team. From correspondence to all parties and deadline management, the administrative assistant helps CBMP Brokers to the next level for current and future business.Full-time, 8 hour per day, In-officeExpectations:Knowledge of professional office environmentListing publication emails to outside brokersStrong attention to detailEffective and efficient communication skillsStrives for continuous improvement and accepts constructive feedbackAssists with real estate transactionsAssist with special projects, office meetings and eventsProfessional dress and demeanorMinimum Requirements:Office 365 knowledgeReal estate office experience (a plus)Administrative office experience (a plus)Valid Driver's license (required)Notary Public Certificate (or willing to obtain)CO Real Estate License (or willing to obtain)We have a professional, yet fun and positive environment in which to work with supportive leadership.
