Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring proper table setting and sanitation standards are maintained at all times Assist servers by bussing tables promptly to keep the dining area clean and organized Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting when moving tables, chairs, or supplies using safe lifting practices Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in accordance with food safety regulations Support kitchen staff with basic catering or food preparation tasks as needed Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly Follow sanitation protocols diligently to uphold health standards and ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of sanitation, cleaning procedures, and food safety standards within the food industry Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices Strong communication skills to facilitate internal communication within the team and provide excellent customer service Experience with table setting, bussing, and general restaurant operations is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail A positive attitude with a commitment to hospitality excellence and teamwork Join us in delivering memorable dining experiences by ensuring our restaurant remains spotless, organized, and welcoming!
